It depends on the seller. Some direct-order policies allow a short ride under a mileage cap; others accept only unopened or unridden bikes. Check the exact seller and model before assembly.
Why do I need to keep the e-bike box?
Many e-bike return policies require the original box, inserts, tools, keys, charger, and paperwork. A replacement box can be expensive, unavailable, or shift freight responsibility to the buyer.
Is a prepaid return label the same as free return shipping?
